At It’s a Bite UK Ltd, we’re building more than a bait brand. We’re building a community of anglers who share our passion for fishing, support one another and believe in what an independent company can achieve.

We’re looking for anglers to join our bait team who genuinely believe in our values and want to help us grow — not simply for free bait or a logo on their profile, but because they want to be part of something.

Who we're looking for

You don't need thousands of followers, a trophy cabinet full of fish or years of experience.

We’re looking for the right attitude.

Our ideal team members are:

  • Passionate and active anglers.

  • Positive, approachable and respectful.

  • Happy to share knowledge and help other anglers.

  • Active within their local fishing community.

  • Proud to support an independent South Wales business.

  • Genuine users of our products who can speak honestly about their experiences.

  • Comfortable creating natural, authentic fishing content.

  • Reliable and willing to represent the It’s a Bite name positively.

  • Interested in building something long-term with us.

Follower numbers matter far less to us than character, commitment and genuine engagement with fishing.

What being on the team means

As an It’s a Bite team member, you'll become part of the people helping shape the future of our brand.

We’ll provide team opportunities, product support and access to new bait developments where appropriate, while giving you the opportunity to test products, provide feedback and share your fishing experiences.

In return, we ask our team to:

Fish it. Believe in it. Talk about it. Represent it.

That means creating genuine content, sharing your catches and sessions, supporting other anglers and helping introduce new people to the It’s a Bite community.

We don't expect every session to produce a monster.

We want real fishing — the successes, the blanks, the lessons and everything in between.

We're looking for ambassadors, not influencers.

Being part of the It’s a Bite team isn't simply about promoting products.

It's about representing the values behind the brand.

If another angler asks for advice, help them.
If someone catches their first good fish, celebrate it.
If someone struggles, encourage them.

Be the kind of angler you'd want to meet on the bank.

HOW TO APPLY

Joining the team is simple.

Step 1 — Tell us about yourself

Send us a short introduction including:

  • Your name and where you're based.

  • How long you've been fishing.

  • The type of fishing you enjoy.

  • Your favourite target species.

  • Your usual venues or style of fishing.

Step 2 — Tell us why It’s a Bite

We want to know why you want to join our team specifically.

Tell us what you like about the brand, our products or what we're trying to build.

Step 3 — Show us your fishing

Send links to your relevant social media profiles or fishing pages.

Don't worry about follower numbers — we're interested in your content, your personality and how you interact with other anglers.

Step 4 — Tell us what you can bring

Tell us how you would help grow It’s a Bite.

This could be through content creation, local angling communities, events, match fishing, product testing, helping other anglers or simply getting our products in front of genuine fishermen and women.

Step 5 — Send your application

We’ll review applications based on attitude, authenticity, activity and how well you fit the It’s a Bite ethos.

Successful applicants will be contacted directly with the next steps.
